Career Opportunity Regional Manager We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as Regional Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the Service Station in assigned locations in the South to include Kingston, Clarendon, Manchester and St. Elizabeth to ensure maximum profitability and should be able to recommend strategies to drive profitability in the region. Responsibilities: · Oversee the management of stations and ensure stations are meeting sales targets. · Ensure that controls and processes are followed at stations to mitigate risks to the business. · Manage staffing issues and ensure that procedures are followed with progressive disciplinary actions.· Work with stations to ensure excellent customer services are delivered. · Generate Reports on key issues at stations including status report.· Ensure that all stations are in compliance with government regulations. Qualification & Experience - A Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent area of discipline - 3-5 years’ experience as a Senior Manager in the Service Industry or equivalent with highlighted successes in the job - Must possess strong computer skills, esp. in Microsoft Office - Excellent customer service and team building skills - Experience in the hospitality industry particularly in Food & Beverage service would be an asset - Most own and drive a reliable motor vehicle Interested individuals should submit their applications and resumes to
